Spark Flanged Y-Type Strainer Launches | A New Impurity Protection Barrier for Fluid Pipeline Equipment

Fluid control equipment brand Spark recently released the flanged Y-type strainer, featuring "efficient filtration + convenient maintenance" as core advantages, becoming a new pre-protection equipment for pipeline systems in water supply and drainage, industrial and other fields.

This strainer adopts DN100 nominal diameter and PN16 pressure rating, adapting to medium and low-pressure fluid transportation scenarios; the main body is made of cast steel WCB material with epoxy resin coating, and the salt spray test reaches more than 500 hours, adapting to multi-medium and complex corrosive environments. Its Y-type flow channel design reduces medium flow resistance, and the built-in stainless steel 304 filter screen supports 50~300 mesh precision selection, which can accurately intercept solid impurities of different particle sizes, effectively protecting downstream equipment such as pumps and valves from blockage and damage; the side removable end cover design facilitates filter screen cleaning and replacement, greatly reducing operation and maintenance costs.

The product’s flanged connection is compatible with multiple international standards, with convenient installation and adaptation to existing mainstream pipeline layouts, and has passed industrial filtration equipment performance certification. Currently, this strainer is officially available on Spark’s self-built website, supporting customization of multiple specifications (DN50-DN200), providing reliable pre-filtration protection for equipment protection in fluid pipelines of various industries.
