Spark Fire Grooved Check Valve Launches | A New Quick-Connection One-Way Protection Equipment for Fire Pipeline Networks

Fire pipeline supporting equipment brand Spark recently released the fire-specific grooved check valve, featuring "grooved quick installation + fire scenario exclusivity" as core highlights, becoming a new safety protection option for grooved connection fire systems.

This check valve adopts DN100 nominal diameter and PN16 pressure rating, adapting to mainstream fire grooved pipelines; the main body is made of ductile iron QT450 material with fire-specific red anti-corrosion coating, and the salt spray test reaches more than 300 hours, adapting to the long-term humid use environment of fire pipeline networks. Its grooved clamp connection design improves installation efficiency by 50% compared to flanged connection, allowing quick pipeline splicing; the built-in swing valve disc can automatically respond to the fluid direction, accurately realizing one-way circulation of fire water, effectively preventing pipeline pressure loss and equipment damage caused by backflow.
